Marco Polo Club Alpina - a club that has put the most beautiful time of the year (holidays) at the heart of its activities!
Approx. 800 club members are actively involved in the club as shared risk pool.
The association Marco Polo Alpina has been founded in 1970 and it's the sole stakeholder of a limited company that owns the beautiful Alpina hotel which is embedded in the picturesque mountain scenery of the Hochkönig in Austria.
Every club member owns one ore more time shares for a specific apartment for a fixed week of the year. During this week(s) members have unlimited rights of use and disposition.
Another great advantage is the possibility to use the international exchange pool. Every member has the possibility to enter their time share to the exchange pool offering it to other members (singular, for several times, as preferred) and in return he also has free access to apartments of the same value all over the world (at every continent in nearly every country).
You have to admit that this is a very interesting possiblity to organise your holidays!
